The closing date for accepting trading applications has passed, and the festival has received many, many applications. However there still could be a few opportunities for interesting and unusual stalls. Please contact the Festival Office as soon as possible if you think your stall could bring something different to the Festival (please see contact page for address). With the Public Entertainment Licence application being only approved on February 17th, staff at the Festival Office are working flat out to find sites for all the stalls.
Traders whose applications have been successful will receive their offers of trading sites in the second and third weeks of March. Traders are reqested not to chase their applications in the meanwhile. Payment is due by April 1st, and should some traders not pay within that time frame, their sites will have to be reallocated within a week or ten days. The Festival has to work to this tight timescale to be able to comply with the licence conditions. The range and number of applications has been wonderful and the Festival thanks all those who have enquired about trading and completed applications.
