Beware Festival Fraudsters
18 Jun 2004We are aware that a number of individuals and organisations are intending to defraud the festival by promising access to the Glastonbury site. Please don't risk the future license of the Festival by throwing away your money.
You will not gain entry with any of these offers. You will have your money taken from you and not gain access to the site. It is a sad fact of modern times that the unscrupulous will exploit the desires of people wanting to have a good time. We are monitoring these offers as well as any tickets sold on ebay and various other frauds. It is very unlikely that you will gain entry if you are using a fraudulently acquired ticket.
If you do not have a ticket, we would urge you to enjoy the excellent coverage on radio, television and the internet – it’s going to be bigger and better than ever before. So please stay at home and join us through the modern medium - and best of luck getting tickets next year.
