An essential item to have at this years festival is the basket pictured. A very handy item for carrying things around in, and many other basket related activities.
The Ghanaian baskets were purchased by Michael Eavis especially for Glastonbury Festival 2000 whilst on his recent trip to Ghana to see some of the projects that Glastonbury Festival is supporting. If you would like to see a picture of Michael at the Bolgatanga Basket Weavers Coop then click here.
They're available for £10 from all information points at the festival, see the map, on site. There is limited availability. All profits go to the cooperative.
