Performers Corner
28 May 2003Performers' Corner has been upgraded this year and prettified and a whole variety of delightful acts will be taking place on its new stage this year. Each morning will start with an accapella session from The Big Hum's Singing Sous Chefs. Dragonfly Mime join us from New Zealand with a myriad of different sketches, the Splott Brothers have music and magic to please you and we welcome back Matt Barnard - Man of Tweed. Stompy returns with the Half-Naked Chef and Dodgy Totty present the delightful "Ladies of the Waves". Parachute Theatre Company who used to delight children each morning in the Theatre Marquee for many years join Performers' Corner this year with 2 different performances of "Dangerous Dave". Tutti Frutti offer wonderful water-ski-ing moments and Swizzleshaker offer cocktails, dance and glamour. The Bash Street Kids rejoin us with their wonderful "Cliffhanger" and also the Ravioli Brothers.
These areas are one of the truly exceptional parts of the festival – a pure Glastonbury experience – not to be missed!
