Donut Robbery

29 Jun 2003

Aleisha the Donut Girl (that’s our name for her. Can’t imagine she’ll be very happy with it. Sorry Aleisha) has awarded a festival’s worth of free donuts to the good Samaritan who saved her from being robbed “by two Scalllies.”

Whether the aforementioned “Scallies” were after cash, donuts, or donut-making equipment (possibly with a view to building an enormous dough ferry) is not known. But the heroic festival-goer who removed them from Aleisha’s stall – taking a punch in the stomach for his troubles – is now enjoying as many free donuts as he can manage. And, apparently, that’s quite a lot.

Keep an eye out for him in the first aid tent later this evening.
