Oh dear. We can't help wondering just how long this vehicle has been illegally parked backstage at the Dance Tent. Long enough, clearly, to have made someone very, very ANGRY!!!

Note the exclamation marks on the nicely printed sign and the way someone has felt compelled to ram home the message by scrawling an extra sentence.
